Why yet another conference list?

Well, the answer is always the same: We were not happy with the existing ones.

What is different in this list?

You can sort the list: alphabetically (by conference name), by conference date, and, most important for us, by submission deadline.
This list can be maintained by a small number of people via a web interface.

Can I contribute to this list?

No. To guarantee a certain selection policy, we want to keep the list of maintainers small. If you know me and if I know you and if you want to contribute, please contact me by email.

Can I contribute to extend the conference calendar?

Well, we have lots of ideas on how to improve the web site. If you know some web programming and do have some time for improving the service, please contact me. We also have ideas for a completely new, further extended system. If you have to write a bachelor's thesis, this is excellent stuff. Please contact me.

Personally, I like most Bengt's list.. Wolfgang Thomas' group has a nice list as well.
